When will my order be shipped, and
when will I get it?
Orders ship within 1-5 business days. Many items on the site ship the same day. In order to offer as wide of a selection as we have, some items are transferred from other warehouses and ship within 1-5 business days after the order is placed, regardless of the shipping method chosen.
If you need an item to ship the same day, please email us to make sure that is possible before placing an order. top
Shipping Options
Niagara Cycle Works ships via FedEx or
United States Postal Service (USPS). You may choose standard shipping, or a
variety of expedited shipping methods. The available shipping methods and prices
are shown on the shipping selection page during checkout. NOTE: Bikes and other large items cannot ship USPS. top
Shipping Prices
Shipping prices for your order are automatically calculated
during checkout. Due to the large size of some items such as bicycles, a dimensional
weight is used instead of the actual weight. Shipping prices reflect our actual
shipping cost. Our goal is to not make money on shipping, but not lose it, either. top
International
Shipping
We do not ship internationally at this time, except to Canada. Niagara
Cycle Works is not responsible for any customs charges that your country may
have. Please check with your country's customs office to see if any additional
taxes or fees will be levied. If an international order is refused, the customer
is responsbile for all costs (freight, brokerage, and customs fees) incurred
by Niagara Cycle Works. If you have any questions, please contact us before

Receiving Your Order
We do not normally have any issues with shipping merchandise, however there have been a few occurrances of damage to the product caused by the shipper. Please inspect your package thoroughly when it is received, before signing the shipping documents. Please refuse packages that show obvious signs of damage. Niagara Cycle Works is not responsible for damaged merchandise. It is the buyers responsibility to make a damage claim with the shipper, however we will help where we can. All merchandise shipped is fully insured for the retail value of the merchandise.
Refunds and Exchanges
Unused items in their original, unopened packaging can be returned for full credit of the purchase price, minus shipping costs, within 30 days of order date. Your return must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date you placed your order. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Buyer to pay return shipping, unless the return is due to our mistake. Returns of opened items will not be accepted, or will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, at our discretion.

Packages without an RMA number written on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to sender.
Due to the nature of the product, complete bicycles and unicycles are non-returnable. If you have any product questions, please email customer service prior to ordering.
We do not process exchanges unless the return is due to our mistake (ie shipping out the wrong item, size, etc)
Terms of Use
We reserve the right to correct mistakes in our catalog. Due to frequent design changes by manufacturers, pictures on the site may not be 100% representative of the actual product you will receive. Please email with any questions before ordering.
By placing an order on the site you are agreeing to our tems of use. With so many items there may from time to time be pricing issues. We do our best to maintain accurate prices however sometimes there are some pricing errors. An order confirmation email does not mean that we have accepted the order. We reserve the right to correct pricing. If a price is incorrect you will be notified. We don't do this for minor price issues - we will still honor the price. However if a $1000 fork was mistakenly on sale for $.01 - lets be reasonable, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Clearance items are on a first come, first serve basis and are limited to quantities on hand. Our clearance merchandise is sold very quickly and many times we only have 1 item available on clearance. We do our best to maintain accurate inventory but sometimes we get more than 1 order before we get a chance to update the inventory. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we do not have the inventory on hand to fill the order. We will not backorder clearance items at the clearance price. If one of our distributors has the item and we can order it for you, we will do so at your request but it won't be at the clearance price as normally this is below our cost.
