We have years of experience and expertise in bike repair and maintenance. We have customers who come from hundred of miles away to get their bike repaired or serviced the way they want. Have you taken your bike to every shop in town, and it still doesn't work right? Whether you bought your bike here or not, Niagara Cycle Works service department simply cannot be beat. We have the most reasonable rates in the area, and we will make an honest assessment of your repair and how much it will cost to fix. We are also very knowledgable in upgrade components and installation and can make expert recommendations. Scheduling Your Service Repairs are done on a first come, first serve basis. We try to turn repairs around as quickly as possible, but during high volume times (early spring) it may take a few days. You can drop your bike off anytime during normal business hours for repair. We are unable to accept "while you wait" repairs. Free 30 Day Tune Up Congratulations on your new bike! In the first few weeks of riding, the cables will stretch, and the gears may skip. This is normal as the bike breaks in. It is very important to bring your bike back in for an adjustment. Every new bike purchased at Niagara Cycle Works comes with a free tune-up within 30 days of purchase.
